10% Goat Serum in 0.05% Tween-20 and 0.02% Sodium azide in PBS (10 mM Sodium phosphate, 2 mM potassium phosphate, 10 mM KCl, 137 mM NaCl), pH 7.4 � 0.1. Prepared in 3D water and filtered through 1-micron filter. Shipped cold on blue ice. Store at 2-8°C for short term and -20°C for long term.
